Super Scruffy DX
My entry for the first FreakJam, Super Scruffy, on the browser, with a couple improvements has arrived!
Controls:
Move with W/A/S/D or arrow keys.
Jump with Z, and transform with X (car) and C (plane).
Transform into both forms on the fly! Reach the doors at the end, find Powerful Monkeys, and kick Sticky's Robot Army butt!

Cool game! I beat the first boss, and the find 10 level, and stopped there. The car form is fun, but really hard to use. I ended up using plane form most of the time. I'd recommend limiting the plane in some way, as it's the least fun but the most useful.
